Founder & CEO
Kristin DeProspero has spent nearly two decades at the intersection of government technology procurement and federal funding strategy. Her career began working directly with federal agencies on technology modernization initiatives — giving her a firsthand understanding of how funding decisions are made, how programs are structured, and where technology vendors consistently fall short.
What Kristin observed repeatedly was a critical gap: technology companies with genuinely transformative solutions were missing funding opportunities not because they weren't eligible — but because they lacked the intelligence infrastructure to identify, prepare for, and execute on those opportunities in time.
That insight became the foundation of Funding Solutions Corp. Kristin built a systematic, intelligence-driven approach to grant strategy — one that treats funding as a continuous operational discipline, not a one-time event. Her methodology has helped AV integrators, telehealth providers, cybersecurity firms, and government agencies successfully navigate some of the most competitive federal and state funding programs in the country.
Today, that methodology powers Funding Solutions Corp's AI-driven grant intelligence platform — which monitors hundreds of federal and state programs in real time, delivering fast, precise signals aligned to each client's technology vertical.
Our Mission
"To ensure that no technology company with a transformative solution misses a funding opportunity because they lacked the intelligence to see it coming."
— Kristin DeProspero, Founder & CEO
Our History
Kristin begins her career at Sprint's government markets division, developing early expertise in federal and state communications funding programs — navigating USDA, E-Rate, and broadband infrastructure grants at scale.
At PictureTel, one of the pioneers of enterprise videoconferencing, Kristin deepens her experience in how technology reaches government and education markets through grant-funded procurement.
At Polycom, Kristin develops and executes grant funding strategies that help government agencies and healthcare organizations acquire collaboration technology through federal and state programs — building the methodology that would define her career.
After more than two decades across major technology companies, Kristin identifies a consistent pattern: technology vendors with strong solutions were routinely missing funding windows due to a lack of structured intelligence infrastructure.
Kristin formalizes her funding intelligence methodology into a repeatable system — helping AV integrators, telehealth providers, and cybersecurity firms successfully navigate USDA, HRSA, and DHS grant programs.

How We Work
Every recommendation is grounded in real-time data — not intuition. We monitor so our clients can act with confidence.
Generic grant advice doesn't work. We align funding strategy to your specific technology domain, market, and eligibility profile.
Funding windows open and close fast. Our job is to surface the right signal at the right time — before your competitors.
We work as an extension of your team — embedded in your strategy, not just advising from the outside.
